As the active metabolism production of oxygen molecule, one of the main damage mechanism of OFRs is touching polyunsaturated fatty acid in the celluar membrane to occur lipid peroxide chain reaction which leads the biomembrane such as endoplasmic reticulum, lysosome and mitochondrion etc. to damage and aseries of function disorder.
