WANG Zi-li,SUO Zhan-wei,MU Xiang,XU Jian-qin(College of Animal Medicine, China Agricultural University,Beijing,100094,China)
With the development of the cultivation scale in recent years, the tendency of animal diseases caused by Escherichia coli is increasing. The endotoxin released by E.coli while E.coli is in reproduction or after death could injured the microcirculation and the function of vascular endothelial cells, and caused the obstruction of the microcirculation and the secretion of cell factors by the endothelial cells such as endothelin-1, thrombomodulin, intercellular adhesion molecule, selectin, NO, platelet activating factor etc. Then the normal functions of the vascular endothelial cell were injured and the inflammation occurred. This is the main pathological foundation of the infections and the syndromes such as shock caused by E.coli.It is great important to study the mechanism of the prevention and trectmerit of E.coli diseases using the Chinese Medicine, then develop the new preparation of the Chinese Medicine through the study of the mechanism of diseases induced by endotoxin.
