Study on the Pathogeny of Canine parvovirus

Canine parvovirus(CPV)is a kind of acute infectious disease, which is caused by Canine parvovirus.The characteristic clinical symptoms of CPV are vomiting,bloody enteritis and serious lucopenia,which also cause acute cardiac muscle inflammation.The symptoms are similar to the feline panleukopenia(FPL).CPV is one of the most infectious diseases in our country,which not only endanger the dogs but also make a lot of loss. In this paper,the pathogeny of CPV according to its genome structure,biology characteristics,vaccinal research and pathogeny detection were discussed.
