Determination of Mineral Elements in Dairy Goat Milk with Flame Atomic Absorption Spectrometry

Seven elements (K,Ca,Na,Mg,Fe,Zn,Cu) in dairy goat milk were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrophotometer.The result showed that the contents of K,Ca,Na,Mg,Fe,Zn and Cu decrease respectively,and using this kind of method to determine the quantity of mineral elements in dairy goat milk is simple,sensitive and accurate.
