Isolation and Identification of Clinical Mastitis Pathobacteria in Dairy Cows in Baotou City

The clinical bovine mastitis is a kind of infectious disease,mostly caused by non-special pathogenic microorganism,shows obvious symptom in udder and latex.In this experiment,98 pathogenic microorganism strains,isolated from 77 milk samples of 33 cows in 5 dairy cow farms in Baotou region,were identificated by biochemical methods as Staphtococcus aureus,Staphtococcus epidermis,Staphtococcus saprophyte,Streptococcus agalactiae,Streptococcus udder,Streptococcus lactis,Streptococcus faecium,Coynebacterium bovis,Microzyme,Escherichia coli,Klebsiella sp,Proteus sp,Shigella sp,Enterobacter aerogenes,Serratia sp.The experiment results may provide the reference to prevent clinical cow mastitis in Baotou city.
