Investigation on Parasites of a Dead Wild Goral in Qinling Mountains

A dead wild goral(Naemorhedus goral) from Qinling Mountains was examined with the methods of necropsy and fecal examination to conduct a parasitological investigation in May,2008 in Shaanxi Rare Animal Rescue and Breeding Research Center.The parasites obtained were identified as 6 orders 10 families 13 genera,including Eimeria spp.,systs of Sarcocystis sp.,Haemonchus contortus,Ostertagia sp.,Oesophagostomum asperum,Trichuris gazella,Ogmocotyle sikae,Dicrocoelium lanceatum and D.chinensis,Moniezia benedeni,Cysticercus tenuicollis,Haemaphysalis sp.,Dermacentor sp.et al.
