In this study, the indirect enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(IELISA)was used to detect the dynamic changes of values of the immunoglobulins in tearily and trachea fluid of the chicks primarily and secondarily infected with Eimeria necatri. The results were as follows:the values of the IgA,IgM and IgG in local humor were enhanced compared with controls; The values above were also low when the chickens were secondarily infected.Thereafter, the values began to increase. The values increased significantly compared with controls and primarily infected chicks 14 days post secondary infection. The results indicated that the function of local mucosal immune tissues of chickens secondarily infected with Eimeria necatrix was significantly increased.
