Progress on Antibody-dependent Enhancement of Porcine Reproductive and Respiration Syndrome Virus

BI Hai-lin,TANG Jian-hua,TANG Da(Department of Veterinary Medicine,Southwest University,Rongchang,Chongqing,402460,China)
Porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome(PRRS) is a infectious disease of high mortality with sow reproductive disorder and piglet respiratory symptom caused by porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus(PRRSV).Antibody-dependent enhancement of porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus is a main factor that results in failure of immunization of porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome, which aroused the attention of scholars both domestic and overseas. In recent years, the mechanism of antibody-dependent enhancement that macrophages uptake PRRSV by(Fcγ receptor)FcγR-mediated was deeply studied. In order to offer more references of deep research of porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome and the development of vaccine for PRRS,this paper summarized the recent years' research development on the structural protein of this virus, the mechanism of ADE and the deep analysis of the mechanism.
