Optimization of Coal-Conveying System of the Bucket Wheel Reclaimer Based on Model Predictive FFC Method

Instantaneous coal flow,cantilever rotary speed,turning angle of the previous turning period during coal-fetching process are recorded as the basis of predicting coal seam model of the current turning preiod,so the feedforward control method can be utilized to overcome the influence of the large time delay factor.But the prediction of coal seam model cann't precisely forecast the sudden disturbance,so the feedback control method is put forward to optimize the coal-fetching process,which settles the overload flow because of the coal seam collapse.Through the data analysis for the practical operation in a power plant.It shows a good result that the coal-fetching flow is more even,the effeciency is higher than the former coal-conveying system.
