Comparison of Evaluating Methods of the Base Land Price——Taking Zibo City as An Example

The base land price upgrading is an importment work in our country's land market system.Many methods should be adopted in detemining the base land price;But the result detemined by different method exist difference,the different way of dealing with difference can make great influence to the detemining of the base land price.Through contrasting three kinds of methods adopted in the base land price upgrading of Zibo City,this paper discusses the interrelation among the calculated models of the urban base land price,analyses the effect of different models in confirming the base land price,the common calculated models are given in the last.
