Analysis of Managerial Patterns of Scenic Spots and Its Tourism Development

The arguments about the managerial patterns of scenic spots have been a long time.First,the author reviews and comments on the theoretical achievements on the managerial patterns of scenic spots in China,then,sums up the major problems concerning with systematic innovation,analyses the impetus mechanism and restrictions of the transition of the managerial patterns,and references the theoretical achievements and the successful experiences of management in foreign countries,finally the author puts forward suggestions on the managerial patterns of scenic spots:(1)Define the property right situation of scenic spots from the national legal level.(2)Develop implementation details of the operation and management of scenic spots.(3)Establish a wide range of governance models according to the grade of scenic spots.(4)Establish selective incentives and monitoring mechanisms.
