Flow acceleration sensor

Wu Jianyi, Ren Hongchao, Miu Min, Zhang Fuxue (Beijing Information Engineering Institute, Beijing 100101)  
In the development of the flow acceleration sensor, the operation principle is analyzed, and the gas motion equation and energy equation for the sensor is established on the basis of thermal transference theory, inert theory and experiment results The method of acceleration measurement by means of hot wire is discussed. The effect of input acceleration on the temperature in the cavity and output voltage is analyzed according to the data acquired from the experiments. A new method for further studying the mechanism of the flow acceleration sensor is established.(6 refs )
