Research of automatic car based on ultrasonic testing

According to the modern testing method in the field of ultrasonic testing on metal,this paper puts forward a new system,which can save lots of energy and at the same time and improve the efficiency of testing metal.An automatic car is designed that can adjust itself according to the change of environment and self-system.This system brings with a data acquisition card that contains programmable gain amplifier circuit,A/D converter acquisition circuit,MCU and FPGA.In the data acquisition card,C8051F023 [1] that designed with C51 language,which is mainly used to control the gain of amplifier circuit,the operation of read and write the storage of acquisition data,the communication interface,and the pre-analysis of data.
