Research on small earth simulator temperature control system

Xu Xiping Yan Li(Changchun University of Science and Technology,College of Opto-electronic Engineering,Changchun 130022)  
Earth Simulator is the test equipment to standardize the satellite sensor precision on the ground.This paper mainly studies the temperature control system of small-scale Earth simulator.the system regulate the difference of temperature between hot earth disk and the environment to simulate the difference of temperature between Earth and space radiation intensity through temperature control system to ensure the Earth's temperature between 40℃ and 85 ℃.In order to ensure the temperature accuracy of the earth,electric film heating and temperature controller PID are used to control its temperature.The paper introduces the composition and working principle of the temperature control system and the design of temperature controlling element,and also analyses the experimental data of the temperature control system,which show the demand of temperature control system we needed.
