High Precision Position Measurement Based on DSP

Though high precision can be achieved using Laser wave length as the standard for length measurement,but the precision need further improved in high precision CNC machine. A method which uses DSP to process main data in numerical control measurement is introduced in this paper:Data Latency Analysis. The subdivided net and its amplificution circuit is replaced by DSP data processing to subdivide the signal,so all of subdivision circuit is removed. This method is good for the measurement of high accuracy and quick moving. The measurement resolution is 0.02 μm. The fastest moving speed is over 100 m/min.
