The High Accuracy Temperature Measurement Based on Multiple Linear Regression Analysis

In this paper the temperature measurement method is introduced.The platinum resistance(Pt100) is taken as temperature sensor and the nonlinearity of the sensor and the measure circuit is corrected with multiple linear regression analysis.The accuracy analysis of the temperature measurement is given in the end of the paper.
