An Improved Signal Processing Method for Coriolis Mass Flowmeter

In this paper an adaptive IIR notch filter is adopted to process the sensor output signal of Coriolis mass flowmeter and calculate its frequency.An adaptive line enhancer based on the above notch filter extracts the fundamental frequency signal from noisy data.Then the sliding Goertzel algorithm is used to calculate the phase difference between two signals in real time.According to the frequency and phase difference,the time interval of the two signals are obtained and the mass flowrate are measured.The simulation results show that algorithms studied in this paper are effective.
