Research and Implementation of Quasi-Complete Synchronous Frequency Measurement Method

Shao Yangfan Li Hong(Ningbo University Ningbo 315211,China)  
Frequency measurement methods,such as synchronous multi-cycle method and complete synchronization method,are analyzed in this paper.Then a new quasi-complete synchronous method is proposed.The 1 count error is reduced for the new method,which measures the phase of the standard frequency.Moreover,it overcomes the difficulties of complete synchronization.A prototype system using the proposed method was realized based on FPGA and ARM.Experiment comparison results are given,which prove that this method features high accuracy,fast measurement speed and simple structure.
