A new method of color plates will be converted into recognizable images of binary characters

Existing equipment on display in the digital image processing system carried out in a row is the simulation of discrete images into a digital image,in particular with the establishment of the physical and mathematical models based on the procedures for the preparation of the (software)control,Operation and the realization of the various requirements to deal with.In this paper,a new algorithm can be better color image processing license plate and become identifiable binary images.
