A improved particle-filer based algorithm for human motion tracking

An improved particle filter-based algorithm for human motion tracking is proposed, in this paper. In the field of computer vision, it is a challenging task to track the object effectively and robustly in intricate conditions. The theory of the improved particle-filter is illustrated and introduced to the human motion tracking. It resolves not only the defect of massive computation and frequent error-coded, but also the occlusion and auto-occlusion problem correctly. The results prove that the improved algorithm can track the human motion more correctly and efficiently.
