New bi-directional three-level DC/DC converter for electric vehicle

This paper proposes a new bi-directional three-level DC/DC converter for electric vehicle.This convector can not only steady the voltage but also vary with the given voltage,which is used in many applications.This article represents how the converter works and how the converter be controlled flexibly.By simulated with MATLAB,the results illustrate that the proposed converter is correct and effective.
