An Analysis of Effect of Land Transfer Ways on Land Resource Value

WANG Wang-zhen(School of Civil Engineering,Wuhan University,Wuhan 430072,China)  
In order to analyze the reasons for loss controlling of land leasehold and land asset loss,this paper studies the value of land asset in different land transfer ways applying methods of model analysis and comparative analysis.The results indicate that land-on-lease system is chiefly responsible for land asset loss and loss controlling of land transfer,and that annual rent system is a better way to resolve the problem of the present land market..
