Time-domain Near-field Measurement

The paper briefly introduces the basic principle of time-domain near-field measurement and two computation schemes for near-field far-field transformation. Then it compares time-domain near-field measurement with frequency-domain near-field measurement with the merits of time-domain near-field measurement given. It also compares indirect frequency-domain algorithm with direct time-domain algorithm with the merits and demerits of the two algorithms presented. This paper lays a foundation for the further study of time-domain near-field measurement.
