A STUDY ON THE POLYCRYSTALLINE DIAMONG COMPACT MATERIAL

Based on the research results by the predecessors, several key technical problems in the synthesizing process of Polycrystalline Diamond Compact material and some ways of combining the two layers of Polycrystalline Diamond Compact and We - Co substrate were discussed. The problems in the manufacture of qualified big block of Polycrystalline Diamond Compact material and the ways to solve these problems were analyzed.
