IONIC CONDUCTIVITY OF Li.TYPE MONTMORILLONITE

A new kind of meterial for superionic conductors of Lithium -ionic conductors of Li-type Montmorillonite(MTR:Li~+) is studied in this paper. The study result shows that the clectric properties of MTR:Li~+ obtained by the authors are following: (1)Ionic conductivity: a.MTR:Li~+(PC):σ_(25℃)=1.53×10~(-3)Ω~(-1)cm~(-1); b.MTR:Li~+(DMF):σ_(25℃)=1.31~1.85×10~(-3)Ω~(-1)cm~(-1); (2)Electronic conductivity:8.8×10~(-7)Ω~(-1).cm~(-1); (3)Apparent excit energy:0.14eV; (4)Resolver voltage:2.6—3.3V; (5)Ionic conductivity of MTR:Li~+ is of very good time stability,and thmer- mal and electrochemical properties are satisfectory.
