STUDIES ON DIRECT TRANSFER OF DNA PLANT RECIPIENTS——Establishment and Review of A New Breeding Way

In the recent dacads, a new technique, direct transfer of DNAs into plants, was established and developed in Chinaas a new crop breeding way. For the first time, the new breeding way was reviewed synthytically in this paper on the basisof a lots of experiment results research theses and some other concerned materials. For the new breeding way, this paperalso briefly showed up its research objectives and history and summarized progress achieved. including in ultilizations scale,techniques of transfer, genetic and new cultivar breeding, etc. Moreover, some problems were primarily discussed in thispaper, concenring concepts, theroies and techiques aboutq this new breeding way.
