Modern Instrumental Analysis of Inorganic Multi-Elements

This article introduced the advanced analytical techniques which are now widely used in earth science for analysis of inorganic elements,including inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-AES),inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS) and X-ray fluorescence spectrometry(XRF),atomic absorption spectroscopy(AAS),atomic fluorescence spectrometry(AFS),electronic probe analysis technology and sharing platform,laser ablation plasma mass spectrometry(LA-ICPMS) and speciation analysis.
