Several Important Test Parameters Influencing Laboratory Dynamic Test

Laboratory dynamic test is one of the most important methods to study the soil dynamic characteristics,and its results are influenced by many test parameters,especially,frequency,strain rate(loading rate),type of loading and number of cycles are the four most important test parameters in laboratory dynamic test and these four test parameters are the hotspot in the study of soil dynamic characteristics presently.A review and comparative analysis about the research results of the effects of the four test parameters on the dynamic characteristics of soil domesticly and overseas are presented,up to now,people's viewpoint about the effects of strain rate(loading rate),type of loding and number of cycles on soil dynamic characteristics are the same,but there is not a common sense about the effect of loading frequency.At last,the problems to which more attention should be paid in further study are pointed out.
