Intermediate Contour Interpolation for Computed Altas Surface Reconstruction of 3-D Human Brain

To solve the problem of 3 D human brain computer atlas,we present a method for reconstructing an accurate surface by image sequence using an algorithm named linear interpolation.The method not only works well for general problem,but also successfully solves the special sample that could not be solved by the method of elastic interpolation.Some experiments on a series of data show that this method is feasible to intermediate contour interpolation,and important in three dimension reconstruction and display of medical image data.
