Which Time-frequency Analysis——A Survey

The aim of time frequency analysis is to find a density in time and frequency that indicates which frequencies are present in the signal and how they evolve with time.Based on the suppression of cross term interference in Wigner Ville distribution,the development history and current and future challenges of time frequency analysis are reviewed in some detail,together with some successful applications appearing in the literature.
