Circuit Fault Diagnosis Based on Optical Fibers-based Smart Structures

The paper introduces a method of circuit fault diagnosis,Based on the IC thermal mode,an IC operating temperature standard thermal mode is gotten by measuring the components temperature with the optical fibers smart structures,which stuck on the board closely.By temperature of troubled component and comparison with the standard mode,with the member function of fuzzy to tell fault component apart.The experiment indicates the feasibility of the method and the expansibility of optical fibers smart structures for circuit fault diagnosis.
