Improving and Ensuring:the Chosen Way for the Capacity Development of Public Administrators

Public administrators are the specific performers of the public function.Basically,their general capacity as a whole directly determines the efficiency of public administration.Since the public awareness and administrative mechanisms of the administrators are important factors affecting their capacity,we had better,in light of the scientific view of talents,re-establish their public awareness,originate their public administration capacity and perfect the public servant administrative mechanisms to ensure the improvement of their capacily.this is the chosen way for the capacity development of public administrators in modern China.
