Dynamic Behavior of Steam Temperature of Supercritical Thermal Power Units

Numerical models for simulation of steam temperature dynamic behavior have been built for a 600 MW supercritical unit based on basic physical laws,including models for single-phase heat surface tubes(superheater and reheater),simplified models for two segments of water wall and models for heat transfer at gas side.These models can not only reflect the steam temperature dynamic behavior of the 600 MW supercritical unit's superheater and reheater,but also indicate the variation law of the working medium's pressure and flow rate during dynamic process of boiler.The reasonability of these models has been proved by simulation on steam temperature dynamic behavior of the 600 MW unit under 100% load conditions.
