Constructing Fault-tolerant Mechanism Systematically in Colleges and Universities under New Normality

Under the new normality,some Party members and cadres of colleges and universities have strengthen risk awareness,leading to a small number of Party members and cadres to produce such negative thoughts as " the more done,the more mistakes; the less done,the less mistakes,and nothing done,nothing wrong ". Such phenomena as "slack at the work,unwilling to work and the mean politic doctrine " show that the officers do not work as an officer,which causes bad influence on the faculty. Since the Eighteenth Congress,the Party and the state have called for building fault-tolerant mechanism,allowing trial error,tolerating failure and encouraging innovation. To construct Fault-tolerant mechanism has become a new topic which the current universities confront with. Therefore,it is necessary for us to discuss the system construction of the fault-tolerant mechanism in colleges and universities so as to promote the further development of theoretical research and practice work of the subject,providing guarantee mechanism for college reform and development. The purpose of this paper is to discuss how to build the fault-tolerant mechanism system in colleges and universities,expecting to promote the theoretical research and practice of the subject to develop further to provide guarantee mechanism for college reform and development.
