A Multi-Sensor Data Reconstruction Algorithm Based on Wavelet Denoising and Data Fusion

In order to let each sensor of the multi-sensor system obtain more accurate measurement results, the wavelet-based denoising and the multi-sensor data fusion algorithms are employed to reconstruct outputs of each senor. Simulation and experiment results show that the variances of the reconstructing outputs of each sensor by the proposed algorithm are much smaller than those of the raw outputs of the each sensor. As a result, it can be concluded that the proposed multi-sensor reconstruction algorithm may give more accurate measurement results for the each sensor in the multi-sensor system.
