Determination of L-ascorbic acid-2-phosphate in aquaculture feed by reversed phase high performance liquid chromatography

A reversed phase high performance liquid chromatographic method has been developed for the determing of L-ascorbic acid-2-phosphate in aquaculture feed.ZORBAX SB-C18(250 mm×4.0 mm,5 μm) was used with the mixture of methanol-ion pair reagent buffer(15:85,v/v) as the mobile phase.The flow rate was 1.0 ml/min,detection wavelength was set at 254 nm,column temperature was set at 30 ℃.The linear range was 1.0~100.0 mg/l,and the correlation coeff:cient was 0.999 9,the av-erage recovery rates of L-ascorbic acid-2-phosphate in the feed samples were in the range of 88.7%~ 101.6% when spiked 10.0~50.0 mg/kg,inner-day RSD ranged from 1.84% to 5.31%,inter-day RSD ranged from 5.04% to 9.13%,the method detection limit was 2.0 mg/kg.
