Empirical study of tour service satisfaction

Taking 12 countries′ tourists who travel in Xi′an from Europe,America and Asia as participants,the questionnaire for evaluating the quality of tourism services is divided into 5 grades,the satisfaction of the tourist services quality is studied.The quality of tourist from 7 espects such as accommodation,catering,transportation,shopping,entertainment,tour guide services,posts and telecommunications are evaluated by using factor analysis method.The survey shows that the developed accommodation and catering industry with reasonable price has special attraction to tourists;shopping,entertainment and communications satisfy visitors basically.But the structure of the hotel facilities and transport capacity should be further improved.Poor security,efficiency and the environment of transportation are the main barriers of tourism development.
