Application of Thrice Spline Method in the Calculation of Aerodynamic Derivatives

In modeling procedures of flight simulation,looking up aerodynamic derivatives fast and accurately can improve the verisimilitude and real-time of simulation system.By researching existing look-up methods of aerodynamic derivatives,this paper puts forward a new method of looking up aerodynamic derivatives using a thrice spline method and a double thrice spline method.This method not only avoids "locality" of conventional linear interpolation and advances the precision of results,but also gets over limitation of universality of a flight dynamic model resulted from fitting function(polynomial).The simulation experiment proves that this method is effective and feasible in the computational process of aerodynamic forces and aerodynamic moments.
