In order to cope with autonomous navigation and flight conflict resolution under the automatic dependent surveillance broadcast( ADS-B) airspace surveillance systems,a new navigating and resolving conflict algorithm was proposed based on the cellular automata( CA) model to simulate the airspace.Considering the flight performance, minimum safety interval, speed restrictions and so on,the airspace was established by the grid model. By using ADS-B technology, establishing the movement rule of directional cellular automata and determining the best moving direction, the aircraft air navigation and spatial conflict resolution algorithm was built. Through the simulation of one aircraft avoiding the restricted zone and three aircraft conflict resolution in the simulation system, the flight paths are given and the results show that the algorithm is feasible.
