Land Use Development Based on Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation for Multi-Obstacle Factor Construction Land Use

Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is a method of making comprehensive decision-making for the purpose of evaluation in a fuzzy environment. Considering influence of many factors,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the spatial development of construction land in Shaowu,Fujian Province,which is based on the tight supply and demand of land supply and demand. Regarding natural geographical environment and urban development needs of the study area,this paper uses expert knowledge and literature data to extract the spatial expansion barrier,and classify the barrier factors into land resource suitability disorder,ecological security and ecological service obstacle factor,and geological hazard risk factor. The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation index system and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model are established,and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of the land use space of the construction area is carried out. The spatial distribution of the spatial degree of spatial development of the construction land in the study area is obtained,which is the spatial planning and optimal allocation of urban development in the Economic Zone on the Western Coast of the Taiwan Straits.
