Determination of plant growth regulators in peanut butter by liquid chromatograpHy

The method was established for the separation and determination of three kinds of plant growth regulators—3-indolyacetic acid(IAA)、3-indolybutyric acid(IBA) and 1-napHthylacetic acid(NAA)in peanut butter by solid-pHase dispersive extraction with high performance liquid chromatograpHy(HPLC).Anhydrous sodium sulfate was used as dispersant and methyl alcohol as extractive agent.The three components were separated by Diamonsil C18 column at the wavelength of 272nm.The mobile pHase was the mixture of methanol and water(55:45,V/V,the PH was adjusted by methanoicacid until it was three) with the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min.The linear ranges were 0.50~100 μg/mL with correlation coefficient greater than 0.9999.The determination limits were all 1.25μg/g with the average recoveries of 98.97%、86.41% and 84.24%.The relative standard deviations were 2.23%、1.75% and 1.90% respectively.
