Extraction Technology Study of Total Flavonoids from Grape Residues by Ultrasonic and Reflux

Huang Xiaohui(Department of Chemistry and Environmental Science,Ningde Normal University,Ningde 352100,China)  
Extraction of total flavonoids from grape residues by ultrasonic and reflx were discussed.The quantity of total flavonoids extracted was determined.Optimum conditions of extraction were determined by ethanol reflx method: duration 120 min,temperature 60℃,ratio of material to solvent of 1:50,operation 2 times;The optimal conditions by ultrasonic were adding 40-fold ethanol(80%,V/V) and extracting time of 90min at the temperature of 60℃ by 2 times;Experiment result shows that extract ratio by ultrasonic is more than that by ethanol reflx.
