Research and Application of Base Isolation Technology in China

Shang Haojiang Qi Ai(Civil Engineering College of Fuzhou University Fuzhou 350002 Fujian China)  
This paper explains the law of the base isolation technology and advantages of seismic isolation system,and then introduces the classification of some primary seismic isolation systems.The research and the application of base isolation technology are emphatically stated in this article.Finally,we proposed some problems in the isolation technology popularization,which need to be resolved in the near future.
