The Discussion About Low-rent Housing Subsidy Pattern

low-rent housing is the important part of the housing supply system after the process of houses.During the construction and developing process of low-rent housing in ten years,the problem of housing for low-income families has been alleviated,but at the same time,also had arises of problems.The text carries on the analysis discussion about the existing low-rent housing system's subsidy pattern,and according to the principle of economics to the two kind of subsidy effectiveness,thus proposed the low-rent housing currency subsidy pattern;Based on this,according to the reasonable housing disbursement ratio,proposed the low-rent housing rent subsidy basis;Finally proposed the fixed price procedure of low-rent housing rent,and also the text take Suzhou as an example,to explanation the fixed price procedure for low-rent housing rent.
