Determination of microcopper in yellow-brown soils by slurry sampling & FAAS method

The paper introduces the determination of microcopper in yellow brown soils by slurry sampling flame atomic absorption spectrometry, and also discusses the grinding time of samples and slurry concentration and acidity selection and calibration method. The test results show that the checkout limit is 0.12μg·g -1 (k=3), and the precision (RSD) is 4.6%, and the labeled rates of recovery ranges in 98~106%, and determination data of river system deposit standard samples GSD 5, GSD 6 are coincident with the recommended values.
