Researches on Comprehensive Utilization of Residues of Garlic-oil Extraction

Garlic and garlic residues were studied based on understanding and comparison of the useful components of both garlic and the residues.After undergoing a series of process of separation,drying in oven and pulverization,garlic residues can be recovered as a raw material used in manufacturing of medicines,heath food,beverage,preserved fruits,fodder and fertilizer etc.Each of the uses is determined based on the effective ingredients needed.
