Application of Fenton' Reagent for Treatment of Nitrobenzene Manufacturing Process Wastewater

The wastewater from nitrobenzene manufacturing process is rich in various substitution of nitrobenzene and is one of most difficult degradation. After nitrobenzene wastewater was treated by Fenton' Reagent, removal ratio of CODcr, chroma and NB was up to 60%,82% and 90% and the bioactivity of the wastewater is largely raised. The treatment resulted in lightening the organic load and reducing the toxicity to biology.
