A Studies on the Synthetically Quantitative Evaluation System of Ecological Environment Quality of the Water Conservancy and Hydroelectric Power Project

Basing on the characteristics of constructional water conservancy and hydro electric power projects and related national laws and regulations, an evaluation system that can reflect the projects' ecological environment quality is raised. The system is set up between a series of the objective values that were measured on the spots, or estimated values of the indexes and the evaluation rank of the subjective environment quality of these indexes in the ecological environment. It also distinguishes and determines the weight of different indexes by applying "Delphi method" on the basis of the ecological environment effects of the reservoir that would been constructed.
