Application of Nano-Fe-2O-3 to Absorbing Cr (VI) in Wastewater

LI Jun, SHI Yong, ZHOU Wei (Wuchang District Environment Protection Bureau, Wuhan430061)  
Fe-2O-3 synthesized by a simple method with relative low photocatalytic activity and good absorbing capability was studied to assess its absorbing of Cr (VI). Results showed that Nano-Fe-2O-3 is efficient to treat Cr (VI) in aqueous samples, with wide absorption acidity, high absorption efficiency and short absorption time.
