QSAR for Prediction of Joint Toxicity of Halogenated Benzenes to Dicrateria zhanjiangensis

Kowmix-based approach was used to predict and characterize toxicity of 48 organic compounds with representative of halogenated benzenes to Dicrateria zhanjiangensis,and QSAR model was established.Results showed that the model which was proved efficient to quantatively describe the joint toxicity,which provide a high prediction capability for nonpolar narcotic chemicals.
